Salsa Garden

This idea came from the book Grow Bag Gardening, which I highly recommend! Cilantro and tomatoes grown from Ed Hume seeds that were shared by our friends at Growing Neighbors, chives grown from plant divisions at Mission Meadows Community Garden, and jalepenos purchased from Walmart.

Notes from Epic Gardening

As the tomato and pepper plants grow, they provide shade to the cilantro slow bolting. Harvest cilantro often to extend the life of the herbs. When the peppers and tomatoes are ripe - combine all ingredients into a delicious salsa!
